How to Add a New Weekly Report

  1. Create a new file: docs/weekly/YYYY-WXX.md
  2. Update this index page with the new week entry
  3. Update mkdocs.yml navigation (replace the "Latest" pointer)
  4. Update the redirect plugin to point weekly/latest.md to the new file

Reports are published every Monday for the previous week.
